Apple Balls

  • 4 apples
  • 4 ozs. suet pastry
  • little sugar

Grease tin. Peel and core apples and fill in with sugar. Cover apples with pastry. Wet top and dredge sugar over. Place in hot oven till pastry is brown then reduce heat or cover with paper. Bake about ½ hour or till apples are tender.
