Stuffing for mutton

  • 1 breakfast cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 tablespoon oatmeal
  • a little grated lemon rind
  • a little parsley chopped
  • a little onion chopped
  • 2 ozs. chopped suet
  • yolk of egg
  • a little stock, milk or water
  • seasoning

    Moisten with yolk of egg and liquid.
