Cheese Pudding

  • 4 ozs. breadcrumbs
  • 1 pt. milk
  • 2 ozs. butter
  • 4 ozs. cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • salt and pepper
  • ½tea-spoon made mustard

Bring milk to boiling point, and add butter and mustard. Add salt and pepper to crumbs and pour liquid over to stand for ½ hour. Add cheese and yolks of eggs and just immediately before putting in the oven , fold in whites. Bake for 30 to 40 mins. No 7 then 4 to finish.
