Rice Cakes

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • ½ cup flour
  • Rashers of bacon
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • ½ teaspoon B.Powder
  • 1 beaten egg
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Sift salt, BP and flour. Stir in egg mixed with milk, then rice. Fry bacon and arrange ina circle in round dish. Drop rice in fat and fry on both sides till brown, turning only once. Pile up in centre of bacon.
