Roast Pheasant

Stuff with

  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 1 tablespoon minced parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Atora Shredded Suet
  • 2 cups breadcrumb (brown and white mixed)
  • Minced liver if any
  • Season with salt pepper and a pinch of herbs

Time - about 1 hour to roast


Pheasants to be perfect should not be cooked till they smell very slightly. Should be plucked when blood begins to drop from the bill.
