Fillets of sole in OrangeRoll up fillets and put in baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice, pepper and salt. Bake until they have lost their transparent appearance. Allow half an orange to each fillet. Remove the pulp and cut it up. Make some white sauce. Season with salt and pepper.Remove from fire and add the orange pulp and any of the juice that may have run out. Put a fillet in each half orange skin. Cover with sauce and don't make it too full. Put in hot oven to brown on top. Serve immediately. Decorate with parsley. |
