Sultana Cake 2

  • ½ lb. flour (S.R.)
  • 3 ozs marg.
  • 3 ozs. lard
  • 6 ozs. castor sugar
  • ½ lb. sultanas
  • orange peel
  • 1 tea-spoon baking powder (small)
  • ½ pkt. dried egg (5 eggs)

Beat fat and sugar to a cream. Sift flour, dried egg and baking powdre and add with water to the mixture. Add raisins last. Bake 1¼ hrs. Reg.4
