Ginger Snaps

  • ½ lb. flour
  • ¼ margarine
  • 1 large teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 ozs. sugar
  • 2 ozs. syrup
  • ½ teaspoon soda

Mix on board and kneed like shortbread. Roll out and cut into rounds. Bake in moderate oven.
