Coronation Pudding

  • ½ lb. flour
  • ¼ lb. butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 oz. sugar
  • strawberry jam
  • milk

Beat butter and sugar to a cream. Add eggs and beat. Add flour gradually. Sufficient milk to make thin batter. Butter mould and steam for 2 hours, or bake. Use self-raising flour.
