Chop Pie

  • 2 mutton chops
  • 1 sheep's kidney
  • 1 Spanish onion
  • 6 potatoes
  • dripping, salt, Yorkshire Relish

Grease pie dish and put a layer of sliced potatoes and onion in the bottom. Then a layer of chops and kidney cut small. Fill up with potatoes and onion. Pour over contents 1 teacupful water in which there is a tablespoonful Yorkshire Relish and a little salt. Cover with greased paper and bake in moderate oven 1½ hours.
