Fish Pie

  • ½ pt. white sauce
  • 2 ozs. grated cheese
  • 1lb flaked fish
  • ¾ lb. mashed potatoes
  • 2 yolks of eggs and butter

Make a border of potatoes with yolks of eggs beaten in.

Fill centre with first a little of the fish, white sauce and grated cheese mixed tog. Then layers till used up finishing with cheese. White sauce must be thick.
